Error: Execution of scripts was prohibited. Use the XsltSettings.EnableScript property to enable it. An error occurred at (1087,9).
Is referencing to a line in the XSLT transformation file where scripting function is called
And declaration of function in same file:
Error occurs in DMFXsltTransform class transformFile function and is related to DMFXsltDisableScript flight flag:
However this flight flag is not enabled, querying SYSFLIGHTING table directly in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio:
select * from SYSFLIGHTING;

Response from Microsoft:
Your error is encountered specifically by the flight “Data Management Framework (DMF) XSLT Scripting”.

As mentioned previously, XSLT functionality will be deprecated completely in September and it won’t be able to disable at all any of the previous flights. It’s suggested that you start working toward implementing electronic reporting for positive pay file generation as well as bank statement imports. You can find further information about the ER configuration through the following link:

Set up advanced bank reconciliation import by using Electronic reporting - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs

So the feature is deprecated and should be replaced with electronic reporting.
