BP error: DateFlags should be specified when calling date2str

date2str(_date, 321, DateDay::Digits2, DateSeparator::Hyphen, DateMonth::Digits2, DateSeparator::Hyphen, DateYear::Digits4);

Add additional parameter which is not mandatory as follows:

date2str(_date, 321, DateDay::Digits2, DateSeparator::Hyphen, DateMonth::Digits2, DateSeparator::Hyphen, DateYear::Digits4, DateFlags::None);

A DateFlags enumeration value that indicates whether the language settings on the local computer should be used to calculate the proper left-to-right or right-to-left sequence in the returned string.
